Early Childhood Education and Training Program

For Legally Exempt Trainers

You may train Enrolled Legally-Exempt Providers if you meet one of the following:

You are an active PDP approved Health and Safety trainer
You are an active NYSAEYC credentialed trainer or one verified in a health or safety field (any age)
You are a CCR&R staff person who attended the TOT for Health and Safety or Child Development for LE Providers
You are an Enrollment Agency staff person who attended the TOT for Health and Safety or Child Development for LE Providers
You are a union trainer who attended any TOT through PDP to qualify for the 10 Hr. Legally-Exempt Training or the TOT for Health and Safety or Child Development for LE Providers
