6 Simple Steps to Participate with EIP as a CPR/First Aid Trainer

Step 1

Obtain your CPR/First Aid instructor certification with one of these approved organizations.

Step 2

Create an account with Aspire and apply to become a Verified CPR/First Aid trainer.

Step 3

While you're waiting to become a Verified Trainer, contact EIP to become a participating Training Organization. To do this, you'll need to submit a Training Organization Agreement and a W9 form. E-mail EIP@albany.edu to ask that the paperwork to be sent to you.

Step 4

Submit your CPR/First Aid course for approval through the PDP Training Portal.

Step 5

Schedule your approved training in the PDP Training Portal so it appears on the ECETP Training Calendar.

Step 6

After your training has been scheduled, students can apply for EIP funding.
